You can pick any Benjamin Moore Colour available for the Aura Range. You will be able to choose from the colour samples we bring with us or you can visit any Benjamin Moore Location.

How long do installations take?

We usually deliver our sheds pre-built in panels and pre-primed. Installation usually takes between 1-4 days.

What Site Access is required?

Accepted Answer

We usually deliver our sheds as pre-built panels. We require a foot path with 9ft height clearance to carry the panels to the installation site.

Can the shed be built on uneven or sloping ground?

Accepted Answer

Your shed can be installed on uneven or sloping ground. Up to 6" site leveling is included - any additional leveling will incurr an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss your site conditions.

What Siding Material do you use?

Accepted Answer

Our Standard Siding Material is the LP Smart Siding Panel (custom options are available). This product is widely used in Home construction across North America and offers the natural look of cedar, but is a treated engineered wood product that is more durable, stable and consistent then traditional wood panels. The product has 50 year limited warranty.

What kind of Trim do you use?

We use SmartTrim on our Sheds. This Product is widely used in Home construction throughout North America and is made by the same manufacturer as the Smart Panel Siding.

What kind of wall framing do you use?

Accepted Answer

For the wall framing we use 2x4 Studs, spaced 16 Inches on center.

What kind of Paint do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use Benjamin Moore's highest grade Exterior Paint:
 
Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior (Low Lustre). This product has a limited lifetime warranty.

You can choose any exterior colour available for the siding and the standard Trim choices are white or black with custom colours available at an additional charge

What kind of fasterners do you use?

We use Hot Dipped Galvanized or Stainless Steel Nails/Brads or ACQ rated Screws/Bolts in pressure treated lumber or areas exposed to moisture.

How do you weatherproof the roof

Accepted Answer

We take a lot of care to weatherproof your shed and go far beyond what our competitors offer. The perimeter of the Shed Roof is clad with Aluminum Fascia, then there is an Aluminum drip edge, also around the entire perimeter of the roof. We use starter shingles around the entire perimeter of the roof, which ensures that Shingles remain in place even in extreme weather conditions. We also apply Roofing Felt under the Asphalt Shingles.

Can the shed be installed before the landscaping is completed?

Accepted Answer

Yes - your shed can be installed before the landscaping is completed. All we need to know is how much the landscaping will raise the grade. If required the shed can be jacked up and shimmed.
